Season Three Reviews
The records for Season 3 are somewhat vague and incomplete. Due to the rapid departure of ABBL commentating regulars Al and Grundar right at the start of the season, a hasty and (some would say) unequal agreement was made between the organisers of the League and, until Season 3, fan written publication 'The Skink'Un'. Although this filled the gap admirably to begin with and was a firm favourite with the fans, they soon realised exactly how bad a deal they had and refused to provide any further coverage beyond Week 5! The on-going dispute lasted for the rest of the season and so there are no match reports after Week 5. Al and Grundar returned in time to provide the first-ever 'live' coverage of the Season 3 Final and with luck, we may see a printed transcript in the future...
