Hailing from the little known subterranean island of Macaroni, each Cheese Weasel can trace his lineage back to the island’s original ‘coarse-hair’ settlers. Not always an island, Macaroni came into existence after a particularly virulent warp storm caused a flood of vivid green liquid from the Northern wastes to come crashing into an underground river (rich in calcium), causing waters to rise around a subterranean peak. Shortly after the storm, a crumbly white residue with green veins started to form around the shores of Macaroni which the indigenous
(and, by that point, starving skaven) took to be nutritious. Edible or not, it turned their fur white (which was seen as sign of the Horned Rat’s blessing). The corse-hairs wasted no time in marketing the sacred ‘cheese’ as a rare and expensive delicacy to their hapless brethren and (wisely?) invested the proceeds into starting a bloodbowl team. The rest is history.
