After the success of season 8 the players all left for some well deserved down time. Legendary team troll Crackscratcher missed the party bus laid on by team owner and manager Big Dean Jewels as he was distracted by a particularly interesting wart hair. On the date to return for pre season 9 training Crackscratcher arrived at the now famous Villan Park only to find it burned to the ground. A couple of local die hard fans informed Crack that the mysterious fire followed shortly after Big Dean Jewels had taken a huge insurance policy out on
the ground and the team. In fact they were shocked to see him as the team party bus had also accidentally exploded for no good reason killing the whole team. Big Dean was last seen with several large suitcases heading for the pleasure Isles. In that moment Crack knew he needed to reform and manage a new Mileham Villan team. He set off to take new applicants....he then forgot as an an interesting bug flew past but when he was reminded and after he had eaten, his newly formed Mileham Villans would rise to take their place in Season 9. A new team, a new dynamic manager! UTMV!!
